Delivery times and return policy

We ship orders from our atelier in Finland to anywhere in the world. Each package is carefully packaged so that you can enjoy the Filippa Lemoni moment as soon as you open it.

Delivery times:

• Finland: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Asia & Australia: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs:

• Finland: from €4 - free for orders over €50
• Europe: from €10 – free for orders over €100
• USA & Canada: from €16 – free for orders over €150
• Asia & Australia: from €20 – free on orders over €180

All orders include a tracking code.

Return

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product is defective.
• Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt of the product.
